Experience Researcher

We are seeking a skilled Experience Researcher to lead end-to-end research activities, drive cross-discipline collaboration, and inform strategic decisions.

About the Role:
  • Drive core research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication.
  • Apply critical thinking beyond explicit business requests.
  • Function independently in all operational research tasks.
  • Collaborate across disciplines by applying research insights to teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead research activities including planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research findings.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing) and quantitative research (metrics, surveys, sampling, analysis).
  3. Communicate complex research insights effectively using both quantitative and qualitative data; strong storytelling and presentation skills are essential.
  4. Evaluate user problems and business opportunities using evidence-based research; identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • A Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
  • Expertise in research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
