Located in the vibrant city of Campbelltown, this role offers a unique chance to lead and deliver end-to-end development projects.
About The RoleThis position involves leading and delivering end-to-end development projects on land as identified in the biennial statement of intent. Key responsibilities include:
- Feasibility studies through to project financing;
- Delivery methodology, design, construction, and handover across a broad range of development typologies;
- Significant internal and external stakeholder management;
The successful candidate will have a significant background in private sector development, sound project management experience, and the ability to apply project and contract management knowledge to meet statutory and compliance requirements. A strong leadership skillset, with the ability to provide strategic direction and mentor junior staff, is also essential.
A relevant tertiary qualification in property development or similar is required, along with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
