Overview

Join to apply for the Section Leader - Urban Landscapes role at Campbelltown City Council. This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) with a 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday roster). The position is based in Campbelltown, New South Wales.

Salary ranges from $99,183.76 to $107,357.31 per annum plus 12% superannuation and a leaseback vehicle.

About the role

The Urban Landscape team is looking for a Section Leader to deliver positive outcomes for the organisation and community, through our ongoing commitment to deliver a range of services and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a work team, motivate staff, resolve conflict, and coordinate the work of others.
  • Deliver positive outcomes for the organisation and community through urban landscapes programs and services.
Qualifications and experience
  • Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture, Landscaping, Green Keeping or similar, and/or extensive job-related experience.
  • High level awareness of Work Health and Safety, environmental and risk identification aspects related to this role.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Extensive field experience in the horticulture industry.
