Section Leader - Urban Landscapes

• Permanent, full time (38 hours per week)
• 4 day work week, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday to Friday roster

The Urban Landscape team is looking for a Section Leader to deliver positive outcomes for the organisation and community, through our ongoing commitment to deliver a range of services and programs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

• Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture, landscaping, green keeping or similar and/or extensive job related experience.
• High level awareness of Work, Health and Safety, environmental and risk identification aspects related to this type of position and work.
• Current Class C Drivers Licence.
• Extensive field experience working within the horticulture industry.
• Previous experience in and demonstrated ability to manage a work team, motivate staff, resolve conflict, and coordinate the work of others.
