Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a positive and memorable shopping experience to each customer, ensuring a seamless interaction with our brand.
  • Interact with customers at the point of sale, manage till reconciliation, and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
  • Process stock deliveries, manage inventory control, and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
About You:
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within our team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong alignment with our organisational values.
  • Flexible availability, including all school holidays, and a reliable form of transport.

Retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; we value the right attitude over experience.
