As a key leader within our team, you will oversee the execution of our national Expo program and manage our Melbourne showroom operations.

This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, operations, and people management. You will be responsible for delivering world-class brand experiences, working closely with event partners, and leading a national pool of trained staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading large-scale events, retail activations, or experiential programs. They will possess strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage both permanent and casual staff.

We are seeking an individual with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, as well as commercial acumen and experience managing budgets. A data-driven approach, using insights to optimize performance and customer experience, is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, adapt to fast-moving environments, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence and communication skills. A genuine interest in delivering standout customer experiences is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and delivering our national Expo program
  • Managing logistics, freight, stand builds, and on-site operations
  • Leading Melbourne showroom operations and customer journey design
  • Recruiting, training, and managing up to 20 Expo and showroom staff
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Ops, and Customer Service to align execution
