About the role
The role will be highly commercial and strategic in nature, owning P+L and focused on leveraging consumer and category insights to drive innovation pipeline, new product development and commercialisation.
Highly collaborative in nature, you will partner closely with internal Category, Consumer Insights, Sales as well as internal Brand Activation teams to brief in brand communications and campaigns, as well as partner with Global Brand teams to across high priority innovation.
Key projects will include optimisation across the Core range to drive ongoing portfolio evolution, including PPA, product renovations, and flavour extensions, as well as driving breakthrough, new-to-market innovation including new formats to target new occasions, recruit new consumers and new channel expansion opportunities.
This role will best suit strategic and commercially minded candidates with:
- Prior experience at a Senior Brand Manager level or similar within blue chip FMCG environment
- Strong strategic, consumer led innovation and portfolio development experience
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P+L
- Consumer led and brand centric mindset with an insight, data led approach
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to partner with both local and global stakeholders to deliver
You will be a naturally curious, commercially minded and insights driven individual. You will be passionate about using consumer insights to drive your decision making, using this data when acting as the voice and advocate for the brand internally when engaging and influencing cross functionally, along with your strong communication, relationship building and influence skills.
You will be a natural leader who enjoys working within a collaborative environment with a high level of ownership, partnering with both local and global stakeholders, motivating, inspiring with clear vision and bringing stakeholders on the journey.
