Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Integration Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of festival brand partnership rights. This involves overseeing operational and administrative processes that make sponsorship activations run smoothly.

About the Role

  • This is a challenging position that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within the music or events industry, and be proficient in using software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • The Integration Manager will work closely with festival teams, sponsors, and promoters to bring partnership deliverables to life.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Planning: Develop and manage integration timelines, ensuring teams meet key deadlines and deliverables.
  2. Sponsorship Delivery: Execute all sponsor partnership benefits across ticketing, alcohol management, approvals, communications, promotions, logistics, and billing.
  3. Event Management: Act as the on-ground contact for sponsors at festivals and events, coordinating with production teams for seamless delivery.
  4. Reporting & Insights: Work with Client Services to create post-event reports and campaign insights for clients and promoters.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, general managers, festival teams, and clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the music, events, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
