Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spirits Blender to join our dynamic and growing blending team.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of distilled spirits or related alcoholic beverages, and their sensory attributes.

As a Spirits Blender, you will be responsible for screening sensory attributes of work in progress distilled spirits, generating limited release and core finished products from work-in-progress components, and managing quality assurance on bottling line functions and product raw materials.

  • Screening sensory attributes of work in progress distilled spirits (Rye Whisky, Single Malt Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum)

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to learn new tasks quickly. Formal qualifications in sensory analysis, food science, distilling or engineering are desirable.

  • Strong sensory acuity, with a skillset in tasting and analysing spirits
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills
