Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in recruitment, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Conduct phone screening and interviewing of candidates
  • Manage candidate files using CRM systems
  • Assist with rostering & scheduling
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Respond to and resolve payroll queries
About You:
  • Ideally have recruitment background experience in a similar environment
  • Strong communication and professional phone manner
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Maintaining candidate care
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a can-do approach
