Recruitment Office Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Recruitment Office Specialist to join our dynamic team in Eastern Creek.

You will be working closely with our national teams to provide recruitment, operations, and administrative support, with the opportunity to grow within the business. Key responsibilities include handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, conducting phone screenings and interviews of candidates, managing candidate files using CRM systems, assisting with rostering and scheduling, performing accurate data entry, responding to and resolving payroll queries, and providing general office and recruitment admin support as needed.

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with exceptional communication skills.
  • Conduct thorough phone screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
  • Effectively manage candidate files using CRM systems to maintain accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with rostering and scheduling to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Perform precise data entry to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Respond promptly to and resolve payroll queries to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Provide general office and recruitment admin support as required to meet business needs.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A strong background in recruitment, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Exceptional communication and professional phone manner skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience maintaining candidate care and relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a can-do approach to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.

This is a casual to permanent opportunity with long-term career potential, offering full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, on-the-job training, and immediate start available for the right candidate.
