Transform Payments with a Purpose-Driven Industry Leader
Role Overview:
Drive market development activities to expand commercial solutions, new partners, and revenue pools. Win new accounts through building stronger relationships with existing and new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase payments volume and secure long-term revenue with key issuers and partnerships.
- Manage relationships with issuers (both financial institutions and non-financial institutions) and formulate go-to-market approaches in collaboration with account executives.
- Focus on driving new purchase volume and revenue with commercial card issuers across all groups, securing targeted opportunities in the public and private sectors in alignment with financial institution partners.
- Develop and support strategies to capitalize on emerging customer needs and marketplace trends.
- Collaborate with commercial solutions hub teams on new product development, technology innovation initiatives, industry events, and promotions.
- Contribute to quarterly business and account plans for assigned clients, agreeing with stakeholders on required actions and deliverables in close collaboration with account executives.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Visa products and services, with expertise in commercial card solutions and broad knowledge of merchant acceptance, e-commerce platforms, and digital solutions.
- Engage with colleagues across Visa, ensuring relevant teams are involved, informed, and coordinated.
- Develop and implement annual goals and plans.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure client business objectives are met and performance metrics are optimized.
- Analyze business opportunities to increase volume and share, implementing short- and long-term strategies and tactics to increase profitability.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated creative problem-solver with a track record of successfully developing, launching, and commercializing technology products that delight customers.
- Consultative sales experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong focus on delivering results for clients.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with executive presence to interface with senior client executives.
- Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to think creatively, identifying new ways to innovate and differentiate products with tangible business results.

- High level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships, trust, and respect with business partners and suppliers.
