Architectural Draftsperson Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our organization and work within the drafting department of a residential builder well-known in the NSW housing market.

  • Assist with the drafting function of the company.
  • Established office with ample parking in Coffs Harbour.
  • Established building company with systems and processes in place.
  • Long-standing builder with great market presence and reputation for new homes.
  • Comfortable and friendly office culture with good staff retention.
  • Supportive and experienced management team.
  • Experienced colleagues who will provide support for this role.
The Role:
  • Drafting and documenting new homes.
  • Drafting DA/CC.
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code of Australia.
  • Help improve the quality of design and documentation.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • Architectural drafting qualifications.
  • Experience working on DA/CC/CDC for new homes.
  • Knowledge of DCP, LEP, BCA.
  • Drafting software experience.
