The role:
  • Drafting and documenting new homes
  • Drafting da/cc
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code of Australia
  • Help improve the quality of design and documentation.
  • Turn over a volume of new homes per week

Relevant skills / experience:
  • Architectural drafting qualifications
  • Experienced working on DA/CC/CDC for new homes
  • DCP, LEP, BCA knowledge
  • Drafting software experience
