Geometric Design Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Geometric Design Leader to spearhead the design production of assigned projects, utilizing cutting-edge software such as OpenRoads and 12d. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in geometric road design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead geometric design production on assigned projects.
  • Serve as OpenRoads Lead, overseeing implementation and training.
  • Guide junior designers and remote staff in OpenRoads application and design standards.
  • Interface with Design Managers, Project Engineers, and offshore Global Integrated Delivery teams.
Job Requirements
  • Expertise:
  • Proficiency in creating 3D road design and federated BIM models.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, particularly Austroads.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
