Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our team at the Fraternity Club, a vibrant social hub in Wollongong.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating delicious pizzas from scratch and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have experience in pizza making, preferably with a focus on wood-fired pizzas. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality pizzas from dough to serving
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all products
  • Assist in planning menus on a seasonal basis
  • Maintain all equipment in good order
  • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of workstation
  • Comply with WHS regulations, HACCP processes, and procedures regarding food safety

Requirements:

  • Experience in pizza making preferred
  • Ability to prepare dough preferred
  • Sound understanding of English
  • Ability to control stock
  • Good understanding of HACCP
  • Experience in a team environment
  • Ability to spin pizza dough preferred
  • Excellent personal presentation
