About this Role

The position of Casual Food and Beverage Staff is available for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, as well as assisting with event setup and delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including barista work and responsible service of alcohol.
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage services in a fine dining environment.
  • Support event setup, preparation, and delivery activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate I or II in Hospitality or relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Current RSA certification for those over 18 years old.
  • Barista Course Completion and at least 2 years of experience working in a busy cafe or restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Experience in providing restaurant and catering food services.
  • Current Class C driver's license.
