Job Title: Cafe All Rounder

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and skilled individual to join our team as a cafe all rounder.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts, with precision and creativity.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and cooking methods comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following sanitation standards and ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
  • Work closely with the café management and staff to address customer feedback, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work atmosphere, fostering teamwork and encouraging open communication among the kitchen staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing menu items.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all food preparations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
  • RSA certificate (required)
  • Previous hospitality experience (preferred) but training will be provided
