Workforce Planning Specialist Role

 

As a Workforce Planning and Resourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate workforce planning, forecasting, and resource scheduling to ensure operational efficiency and service improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing forward demand estimates based on historical patterns and foreseeable events

- Scheduling road service resources in accordance with industrial constraints to meet forecast demand

- Providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to enable effective decision making

- Conducting reporting and data analysis services for the wider Automotive Resourcing department

 

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- A confident and passionate approach to work

- Working knowledge of workforce management systems

- Experience in workforce planning in a call-centre or 24/7 environment
