Workforce Strategy Leader

Overview: Nova Systems is embarking on the next phase of its strategic growth and transformation. We seek a senior leadership role focused on aligning workforce planning, organisation design, culture, performance, and capability development with our long-term vision.

This position plays a critical business-critical appointment that will shape how we perform, lead, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our workforce planning and organisational design to ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals and talent needs.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of development and competency frameworks to grow internal capability and drive succession planning.
  • Drive the evolution of our cultural identity and embed high-performance through change management frameworks and leadership capability building.
  • Own the continued development of the High-Performance Framework, performance systems, and recognition programs.
  • Strengthen our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and people policy suite, championing inclusion, engagement, and a compelling employee experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in senior HR leadership, workforce strategy or people experience.
  • Expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, cultural transformation, and leadership development.
  • Experience building and embedding capability frameworks, L&D strategy, and performance models.
  • A strong understanding of change management theory and practice, including experience leading transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence at Executive and Board level.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or a related field are highly regarded.
