About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced claims professional to join our team, preferably with background in general insurance products.
  • You will have a proven track record of handling claims and possess excellent organisational skills.
  • You can be from a broking or insurer background, and have a proactive and willing attitude to learn.
The Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in lodging claims and manage each matter to completion.
  • Query and follow up insurers as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Capture and coordinate documentation, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage online files and data, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Cover a combination of Motor and Commercial Property, developing expertise in both areas.

  • You will be adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You will be a proactive learner, eager to develop your skills and knowledge.
