Claims Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Claims Specialist to manage a portfolio of General Liability claims. This full-time position offers a hybrid work approach with a mix of working from home and in an office.
Your Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end claim management
Interpreting policy wordings and providing advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, reserving, and settlement
Liaising with third-party providers, including solicitors, loss adjusters, brokers, and barristers
Settling claims within client service instructions and company guidelines
Resolving complaints and identifying potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable
About You:
We are interested in hearing from individuals who possess:
A minimum of 2 years of claims experience in public liability and/or professional indemnity claims management
Industry-specific qualifications (desirable) with a strong exposure to claims involving Third-Party Liability
Flexibility and receptivity to change
A focus on customer relationships
Excellent communication, time management, organisation, and interpersonal skills
PC literacy – Database and Microsoft Office
