Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an activity program that caters to guest interests and preferences.
  • Promote upcoming activities through property signage, word-of-mouth, and digital channels.
  • Lead events and activities hosted by the property, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Train and collaborate with property team members and/or volunteers to execute events successfully.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in hospitality or travel.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple activities.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in designing unique experiences.
  • Proficiency in using technology and social media for promotional purposes.
