Key Responsibilities:- Perform in-depth analysis and discovery on legacy EHR, Patient Accounting, and ERP systems
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand legacy workflows and data requirements
- Extract, transform, and load data into our cloud-hosted archival platform
- Work closely with ETL and software engineers to support various data formats and workflows
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance and data validation
- Manage support tickets independently and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong SQL skills (advanced level)
- Prior experience with leading a team
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for solving complex technical problems
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with clinical EHRs, patient financial systems, and non-patient systems
