Manage donations and transfers of records to the University Archives and coordinate the Annual Disposal program.

High degree of technical skills and archival systems knowledge, and strong skills in manipulating and managing data.

Excellent understanding of current and emerging practices in archives, digitisation and digital preservation.

Demonstrated record of innovation and commitment to continuous improvement.

Strong problem-solving skills, including critical analysis and evaluation.

Proven record of adopting a flexible approach to work and adapting to a constantly changing work environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead through positive influence.

Project management skills and experience.
