Technical Data Archival Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Data Archival Specialist to lead our team in implementing data archiving solutions for healthcare organizations. As a key member of our implementation services team, you will be responsible for analyzing legacy EHR, Patient Accounting, and ERP systems, collaborating with client stakeholders to understand legacy workflows and data requirements, extracting, transforming, and loading data into our Azure-hosted archival platform, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy through rigorous QA and data validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Advanced SQL skills
- Prior experience with leading a team
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-starter with a passion for solving complex technical problems
- Familiarity with clinical EHRs, patient financial systems, and non-patient systems (e.g. HR, Payroll, GL, AP, MMIS)
