We are seeking an experienced Bar Food & Beverage Attendant who can bring their passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to our vibrant Barracks Bar.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, pouring beers, and serving wines with flair, while providing seamless service to our discerning guests.

In addition to your technical skills, we value individuals who embody our 'Dare to Connect' philosophy, striving to create memorable interactions that leave a lasting impression.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
  • Deliver impeccable service, responding promptly to guest requests and needs
  • Upsell and promote our daily specials, highlighting pairing recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of sanitation and presentation
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery

Requirements:
  • Previous bar experience, preferably in a similar environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and building meaningful connections
  • Current RSA & Food Safety Certification
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current right to work in Australia
