About This Position

You will oversee a portfolio of customers across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on retention, expansion, and product adoption. Key stakeholders include venues, festivals, concert promoters, and artists, who can leverage your expertise to optimize their use of the platform and drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Guide new customers through an efficient onboarding process for seamless activation.
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage data, and trends to implement proactive engagement strategies, including regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and strategic consultations.
  • Promote retention, expansion revenue, and upsells by showcasing additional value and demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and develop targeted action plans to prevent churn.
  • Solve complex issues proactively, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a self-starter mentality and a solution-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for managing a book of business, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Bonus points for industry knowledge, particularly in the music or events sector, although not essential.
