Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Growth Manager.

In Asia Pacific, we have a strong presence in key growth markets like Australia, Singapore, India, Japan, China, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc. We are now growing our sales executives with a trail-blazing track record of growth to fuel this growth story.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage, retain, and develop accounts/portfolio to drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary management contact and client liaison, develop 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with CxOs and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations, provide updates to senior management, and participate in steering review meetings.
  • Identify strategic initiatives to help clients achieve their goals and drive transformational programs.
  • Provide thought leadership/innovation in managing strategic customers.
  • Strategize and create a blueprint for increased mindshare and wallet share in respective market segments/portfolio.
  • Drive growth and customer satisfaction in accounts/portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Business acumen and insurance industry domain experience.
  • Leadership qualities and motivated attitude to perform well.
