This is a large-scale program across most departments.Role Overview - What you'll be doingCollaborate with team members to understand, document, and prioritize main process issues for investigation.Document end-to-end current processes for identified areas.Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Complete options analysis and present recommendations for decision-making.Develop future state process maps once decisions are made.Support implementation by translating business changes into clear requirements and supporting project plans.Assist the Integration Program with other project management tasks as time permits.Qualifications and Skills - More about you5–7 years of experience in business process engineering and improvement.Skills in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Visio, Jira, MS Project).
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Additional SkillsExperience in post-merger integrations or large-scale transformation programs.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.Experience with process mapping tools (BPMN, UML) or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
