Warehouse Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, warehousing principles, and team management.

The Warehouse Operations Leader will be responsible for leading a team of coordinators to ensure smooth warehouse operations, managing resources effectively to achieve targets, and building on effective relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly
  • Managing and developing a large operational team
  • Allocating appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets
  • Guiding the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives
  • Maintaining and building on effective relationships with customers

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
  • Proven performance management and leadership experience
  • Highly experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System
  • Proven Continuous Improvement and problem-solving skills
  • Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and Team goals
