Administration Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide administrative support to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars, prepare agendas, and background information for senior executives.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the principals.
  • Manage electronic and hard copy written communications within organisational guidelines.
  • Provide support to the Company Secretary to ensure governance requirements are met.
  • Fast and accurate processing of reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Management of stationery, printing, and supply requirements.
  • Adhoc clerical duties as directed.
  • Manage highly confidential personnel and company information.
  • Organisation of staff travel.
  • Automotive experience would be advantageous.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or senior automotive clerical role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Well presented.
