Job Description

The Head of Manufacturing will lead the strategic and operational direction of the manufacturing function, ensuring efficient production of high-quality skincare products that support business growth, innovation, and sustainability objectives.

This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and brand values.

  • Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy to meet global demand and product innovation.
  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Ensure adherence to production timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes.
