Job Title: Senior Fashion Designer

Our team is driven by female empowerment and a desire to make positive change through our fashion brand. We create refined silhouettes that reflect our Australian roots, using feel-good natural fibres, thoughtful detailing, and longevity in mind.

The Role involves working alongside a talented team of designers and collaborating directly with the Owner & Managing Director. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering effective seasonal trend identification and research
  • Communicating concept design direction through research and illustration
  • Designing on-brand styles within specified price and time parameters
  • Leading communication on seasonal design direction
  • Consistently creating and delivering on-brand concepts and designs

Requirements for this role include:

  • 4+ years of experience in female apparel fashion design
  • An understanding and connection to the DISSH aesthetic and brand direction
  • A proven background of producing quality technical CAD designs in a timely manner
  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or relevant field highly regarded
  • A creative and collaborative approach to design
