Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Creative Lead to manage one of our in-house creative teams.

The role involves managing a team of artists, establishing a compelling creative vision for marketing campaigns, user acquisition ads, social media content, brand partnerships, and in-game integrations.

This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of creative production timelines and costs, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage the creative pipeline and adjust strategies to meet evolving project needs and deadlines.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment where artists are empowered to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the creative team, facilitating production kick-off until final delivery.
  • Creative Direction:
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong creative vision for marketing campaigns.
  • Engage proactively in the assets ideation and development process, including pitching ideas and refining messages for ads and trailers.
  • Quality Control:
  • Oversee the quality of all creative outputs, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with the established game's vision, art direction, and brand identity.
