Payroll Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant to support our finance function in a contract capacity.

  • Manage payroll-related general ledger entries and reconciliations, ensuring timely and compliant tax and superannuation payments.
  • Prepare and process intercompany journals, overseeing vendor payments related to payroll activities.
  • Support period-end processes and reporting, helping streamline payroll-related processes and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in payroll accounting, with a solid understanding of GLs, tax, and compliance.
  • Confidence working with high-volume data and multiple systems, with an ability to analyze complex information.
  • Knowledge of superannuation, payroll tax, and intercompany accounting principles.
  • A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail, with excellent communication skills.
