Learning Leader

We are seeking an experienced Learning Leader to play a key role in guiding children's learning and development through inspiring, play-based programs. As a passionate leader, you will mentor and support your fellow educators, build strong relationships with families, and create a positive learning environment.

Our innovative approach encourages children to explore new interests, develop problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively. This method enhances children's confidence and fosters strong peer relationships as they progress into our Kindergarten program and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship: Guide a team of educators within a room, focusing on individual development and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of care and supervision.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
  • Environment Creation: Foster a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
  • Talent Development: Nurture our team members, empowering them to confidently contribute to our children's learning journeys.
  • Relationship Building: Build trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management, and community stakeholders.
  • Excellence Assurance: Maintain compliance with EYLF and NQS standards, aiming to exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working With Children check
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is essential.
