Job Description

The Technical Account Director is responsible for leading our team and driving sales growth. This critical role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and product managers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to close deals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a technical account management or sales role. Strong technical skills, including expertise in cloud-based technologies and software development, are also required.
