Our organization is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to fill the role of an Office Manager in our South Australian location.
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our home, working closely with residential care staff.
The day-to-day tasks include:
- Maintaining accurate schedules and supporting staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Lending assistance with billing, payroll, and stock management.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to administrative personnel.
- Maintaining all record management systems.
- Supporting the residential aged care manager in their daily duties.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.
- A qualification in Business Administration or a related field (preferably).
- A proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Solid computer and data skills.
- Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally).
- Previous experience in rostering (preferably).
