About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Team Leader to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our Customer Call Centre, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a group of coordinators to ensure efficient delivery outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a team of dedicated professionals to achieve targets set by the organization.
  • Provide a suitable work environment and implement people management processes to foster a positive and productive team culture.
  • Coordinate service operations and delivery activities, ensuring execution aligns with organizational guidelines.
  • Act as a strong mentor, coach, and leader, guiding team members to achieve their full potential in professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure customer obligations are met, and take ownership of escalations.
  • Ensure quality and safety are upheld, working with relevant stakeholders to support process improvements.
  • Drive business growth and customer satisfaction, with a passion for healthcare.

  • Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring peers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Reputation for delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
