The Logistics Care Specialist is a critical role that involves proactively resolving logistics-related customer complaints in a timely manner. This requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve logistics-related customer complaints through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely visibility on backorders to prevent delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer returns across the order-to-cash process by analyzing return data and implementing improvements.
This role demands a strong understanding of logistics processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
