FIFO Mechanical Fitter Job Description

The role of a FIFO Mechanical Fitter involves working on long-term construction projects in Western Australia. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems
  • Work at heights and confined spaces
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness
Requirements:
  • Current mechanical trade certificate
  • Working at Heights qualification
  • White Card
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP)
  • National Police Clearance or ability to apply
  • Pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
