National Senior Field Service Technician (Crane | HD | or Plant Mechanic) – Tadano Oceania

Join our WA workshop team as a National Senior Field Service Technician and become a key contributor in supporting branch workshops nationally. Based in Hope Valley, Perth Workshop, you will travel to various locations to support our workshops in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, as well as undertake field work regionally and step in where you are needed to ensure smooth workshop operations.

At designated locations, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, providing on-site and in-the-field client support, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. As a National Senior Field Service Technician, you will also use your experience to mentor our Service Technicians in developing their skills and capabilities.

What You Will Bring to the Role
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Level Field Service Technician
  • Availability to travel and support Branch Workshops nationwide to suit workshop operational needs
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve service issues onsite
  • Ability to effectively repair and maintain plant, machinery and equipment
  • Ability to work safely and in compliance with HSE guidelines
  • Ability to write and interpret reports, work plans and carry out electronic business correspondence
  • Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Customer centric mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Applicable Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Mobile Crane Experience (desirable and highly regarded)
