About the Role

Join our WA workshop team as a National Senior Field Service Technician and become a key player in supporting our branch workshops nationwide. Based in Hope Valley, Perth Workshop, you will travel to various locations to support workshops in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, as well as undertake regional field work to ensure smooth operations.

At designated locations, you will diagnose and repair equipment, provide on-site and in-the-field client support, and ensure excellent service. You will also mentor Service Technicians, helping develop their skills and capabilities.

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Level Field Service Technician
  • Availability to travel nationwide to support branch workshops
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Strong troubleshooting and onsite repair skills
  • Ability to repair and maintain plant, machinery, and equipment
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with HSE guidelines
  • Proficiency in report writing, work planning, and electronic communication
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Mechanical Trade Qualification
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Mobile Crane Experience (highly regarded)
