Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead and manage our delivery teams in achieving their goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To operate within the defined scope and delivery requirements set by our leadership team.
  • To guide project teams to ensure alignment with our overall strategic direction.

The successful candidate will work closely with our program team and other delivery managers to ensure projects deliver desired outcomes. A strong focus on fostering a positive environment within the organization is essential, along with maintaining open and honest communication and collaboration.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery with effective communication at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience assisting project teams to mature their Agile ways of working.
  • Experience delivering high-quality written communication, including executive briefings at senior levels.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team that emphasizes culture and collaboration.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Agile or Scrum certification.
  • Strong experience with project methodologies and tools, specifically DevOps and MS Project or industry standards.
  • Relevant experience in Enterprise Service Management and Business Process Re-engineering projects.
  • Ability to work onsite within our Canberra office.
  • Knowledge of Australian electoral law and practice.
