About Account Delivery Leads

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our project delivery teams.

As an Account Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of projects across various businesses and borders.

Your leadership and people skills will be crucial in building a collaborative team, forging strong client relationships, and managing internal and external stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project work plans, including controls, governance structures, timelines, budget, and quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and manage project staff.
  • Contribute to the sales process, estimating work effort and expenses using industry-standard tools.
  • Engage and partner with onshore, offshore, and near-shore workforces.

Your Skills:

  • You enjoy working in dynamic environments and enabling change.
  • You think and work systematically and logically, backed by strong communication and negotiation skills.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with contract terms and conditions.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and Microsoft platform technologies.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in earned value reporting and project finance.
