Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing engaging leisure and lifestyle programs that promote physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellness. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver person-centered activities that cater to diverse needs and interests.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and understanding to provide high-quality care and support to our clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering person-centered leisure and lifestyle programs
  • Collaborating with the team to identify resident needs and preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III/IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team
  • The ability to use initiative and work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
