We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Assistant Manager to join our team in Queensland – Regional.

About the Role
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of experts in the meat department, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining high standards of product quality, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2nd Year Butchery Apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with expertise in supervising team members and achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
