Meat Assistant Manager role at Drakes Supermarkets, Queensland – Regional.
Responsibilities- The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to treat the department as if it were their own business and tailor the store's service and product offering to meet the local area's needs.

- Fresh food retail knowledge
- Completion of 2nd Year Butchery Apprenticeship is essential
- Expertise in supervising team members
- An understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit
- Staff rostering will be an advantage
