  • Fresh food retail knowledge
  • Completion of 2nd Year Butchery Apprenticeship is essential
  • Expertise in supervising team members
  • An understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit
  • Staff rostering will be an advantage
  • Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with both staff and management
